From June 24 to July 25, the Galerie AB brings together around Olivier Debré a constellation of artists who changed the way we see things: Hartung, Poliakoff, Vieira da Silva, Riopelle, Mathieu... Not a group, but a generation united by a shared conviction — that painting is a boundless territory. Their works are not alike. This is precisely what makes the exhibition so powerful.

Just a few minutes' walk away, the Académie des Beaux-Arts presents the first Parisian retrospective dedicated to Debré in twenty years. At the heart of the exhibition are the models for his grand stage curtains — Comédie-Française, Hong Kong Opera, Shanghai Opera. These monumental works, rarely brought together, reveal an artist capable of filling the grandest spaces.
