This week, discover the works of Jean Tinguely.

Claude Pompidou (1912-2007) and her husband formed a couple who were in love with contemporary art, in particular Nouveau Réalism, an avant-garde group founded in 1960 by Yves Klein and to which Jean Tinguely (1925-1991) belonged.

‍

The Swiss artist, praised for his originality and his sense of humor, enjoys the provocation and derision that are attributed to his works. The latter have also largely integrated the collection of the Pompidou Center, a center of modern and contemporary art.
