This week, three works by John Ferren, American painter and intellectual of the 20th century.

John Ferren (1905-1970) enjoyed a unique place in the art world by having participated both in the Parisian avant-garde of the 1930s and in the abstract expressionism of the New York School of the 1940s and 1950s. His uniqueness and his contribution to abstraction gave him a growing international reputation.
